Standard Pre-Printed Card Specifications:

  • Card sizes available:
    • CR80 - standard plastic card size. Dimensions are 3.375" x 2.125".
    • CR100 - commonly referred to as "oversized" or military size. This card is also commonly used for sporting event IDs or larger sports arena staff badges. Dimensions are 3.88" x 2.63".
    • CR80 3-up Keytags - are also the size of standard plastic cards, but are perforated to snap into 3 smaller cards.
  • Card thickness: all cards are 30mil thick, the thickness of a standard plastic card
  • Card stock available:
    • 100% PVC cards
    • 60% PVC/40% PET composite cards
  • Color printing options:
    • One-color, monochrome
    • Full-color
  • Other card features available:
    • Magnetic stripe cards
    • Adhesive-backed cards
